We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serves Visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Receive, process and verify the accuracy of sales quotes from outside sale representatives
- Enter sales quotes into ERP and create sales orders
- Create new customer accounts in ERP
- Process and manage service tickets for operations team
- Work with Operations and Sales to ensure a seamless experience for the customer
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned, including but not limited to:
- Process Certificates of Insurance,
- Issue Warranty letters
- Marketing items
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
