 Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
This role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Serves Visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of sales quotes from outside sale      representatives
  • Enter sales quotes into ERP and create sales orders
  • Create new customer accounts in ERP
  • Process and manage service tickets for operations team
  • Work with Operations and Sales to ensure a seamless experience for the customer
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned, including but not limited to:
  • Process Certificates of Insurance,
  • Issue Warranty letters
  • Marketing items
Skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office      Suite).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
